Santa Monica Studios, the developers behind the beloved God of War series announced that they will no longer be making any more installments into the franchise. After God of War Ascension came out and did poor in sales, Sony and Santa Monica Studios both thought it to be best to end the series with the prequel. Fans of the series have revolted against the announcement, demanding that another installment be added into the franchise.

Alex Tanner, the CEO of Santa Monica Studios, replied to the mass revolt against the announcement saying: “If we were to create another God of War game it would have to be something on a mass scale, just as the original three games were. We alongside Sony believe that the franchise just doesn’t have what it takes anymore to compete against a growing market of A-List Games. Our new franchise “The Order: 1866″ will impress our core fans and will bring in new fans, we still have an element of magic added into the game as well as other elements that will bring an entire new experience never before seen in a video game.”

Though it is upsetting to see that God of War will end, analysts agree with the decision as the series just can’t compete against games such as in Famous and Call of Duty. Santa Monica Studios didn’t mention if the series could return on the PS Vita at any point in time, another God of War game made by Red Dawn Studios could be in the works.

Arrow, the comic based television show has now been confirmed for a third season by the CW Network. This doesn’t come as a surprise as Arrow has been able to bring a large amount of reviews since it first appeared on the network back in 2012.

Arrow is a DC Comic Book based television show that stars Stephen Amell. Mr. Amell players Oliver Queen, a playboy who is billionaire and stranded on an island called purgatory for five years. Within those five years he learns an elite set of skills that eventually allows for him to become the super hero known as “Green Arrow”. He alongside his friends Felicity and John Diggle help save Starling City. Along the way they come across deadly foes such as Deathstroke and many more.

Loyal fans of the Batman series as a whole have wanted to see Batman team up alongside the Suicide Squad for decades on television. The movie is tied alongside the Arkham video game series and is considered to be a prequel to the new installment in the franchise “Batman: Arkham Knight” which will be released later on in 2014. The Batman Arkham video game series has sold millions of copies and stands as the most popular comic book video game series to ever be created. You can watch this film when it is released later on this month for DVD, Blue-Ray and Digital Download.

Assassins Creed now stands as one of the most popular video game franchises to ever be created. The series has been able to sell a total of 73 Million copies with that number rising with each passing year. Ubisoft, one of the largest video game developers in the world has never had a better video game series in the world.

Louisiana, New Orleans has a small little suburb area known as Gretna and today Gretna Police announced that they took down a large illegal online gambling cafe in a large scale raid. Anthony Christiana, the Gretna Police Deputy Chief commented on the gambling raid saying, “The illegal gambling cafe worked the same way that normal illegal raids do. This is the first illegal online gambling cafe raid to have taken place in the state of Louisiana, at least to our knowledge.” Said the Gretna Police Deputy Chief.
